VERI*FACTUANTI-FRAUD LAW

VERI*FACTU is coming. Is your invoicing ready?

Spain’s Anti-Fraud Law and the VERI*FACTU Regulation (Royal Decree 1007/2023) change how invoices are issued: every invoice made with software must be recorded, chained and unalterable, ready for AEAT to check. Not just any software will do.
